A Practicing Advocate or Lawyer represents clients in civil or criminal trials and other legal proceedings, draws up legal documents, and advises clients on legal matters. This profession requires passing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) after completing an LLB degree to be eligible to practice in Indian courts.
